- Examining, recording, classifying, and booking business transactions of all kinds
- Independently handling all tasks arising in financial accounting
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (according to HGB - German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Clarifying and reconciling accounts (balance sheet and income statement accounts)
- Executing payment runs
- Taking over accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including monitoring open items and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Handling inquiries and billing-related issues
- Preparing VAT returns as well as Intrastat reporting

- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent MS Office skills, experience with SAP is desirable
